@123reg Can forgive original problem, very unhappy with response which washed hands of any responsibility.
@123reg Domain missing from dashboard, raised support ticket. £75 charge or cancellation instead of any attempt to solve problem you caused.
@123reg Domain still registered to me and using 123-reg DNS, but also considered expired since not auto-renewed or contacted when due.
You should know that when they get things wrong, @123reg hide behind their T&Cs instead of trying to help.
Wouldn’t wish @123reg on my worst enemy.
